Rusties Lodge false advertising. Horrible place

What a horrible place to stay. We booked from 23 to 27 December the house and a flat. They said that the restaurant and pub is open but only to be told the day we arrived that they are closed until 27 December. The shower curtain was covered with black mould. We removed it and told the office the same day. This was never replaced. No hot water to shower for 3 days. The furniture is old and smells. No utensils and pot and pans are not useable. The swimming pool is covered with black mould and play area for children are not safe. We had to go to other resorts in the area and pay extra per day as we could not make use of their facilities. On christmas day no staff was available and people fludded the place without paying anything. The place is not safe. From the first day we arrived i went to the office and told them that what we payed is a disgrace. We tryed to get other accommodation but everything was fully booked. The towel and toilet roll rails broke off, the cupboards was covered in black mould, the fridge did not work properly. No open view and tv was not working throughout our entire stay. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The day we left i showed the the lady from the office how horrible the place looks and even told them during our stay that we are not happy and cant believe that they are renting and ask people money to stay in this horrible place. Only response was that it is actually rented to contract workers and they apologise for the inconvenience. Staff is very friendly so that is the only positive response from our side. I will not recommend this place to anyone. This place does not deserve any star..we are going to report them at the tourism board as well. We took photos of everything.
