******** school furniture suppliers

We had the unfortunate experience of ordering furniture for our school from Rustic SA. When we tried to contact the business on the given numbers, there was always an excuse or a promise of delivery. We have been calling for 3 months now and still no furniture and no refund. The lady at the reception changes her story many times. When we phoned yesterday, she promised the refund will be done asap (as she promised many other times before). We phoned again this morning and then all of a sudden the lady that is supposed to do the payments came to work late yesterday. She then rep**** to our secretary directly after speaking to our other secretary that the lady who dis the payments was in an accident yesterday…two different stories from the same person. The business only has a cellphone number. The secretary does not even answer the phone anymore if we call from the school. It seems that this is a **** and money making shop that rips off schools after schools having to go through so much after Covid. Be warned. I would not support them or suggest that any other person buys from them.
