Shockingly Unprofessional and Not Worth a Cent

We had an appalling experience with this firm. After paying a R10,000 retainer and a R2,000 consultation fee, we received nothing of real value. The so-called consultation lasted barely ten minutes, and from there it was a cycle of confusion and incompetence, constantly having to re-explain the same details to junior attorneys who seemed completely lost.

The affidavit they eventually produced was sloppy, full of errors, misspellings and legally. Despite pointing out the mistakes, their attitude was defensive and dismissive.

To make matters worse, they refunded only R1,030 out of the R12,000 we paid, with no proper reconciliation or justification. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and integrity is staggering.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this firm. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the cost or frustration.
