Arrogant and poor client service

I have been a client of VVD for many years and have received excellent service.

However, what an awfull experience with the Family Law department. Yes, VVD is representing the complainant and I am the defendant. But nevertheless their administrative process is very poor to mention it conservatively. Mostly due to an specific individual who thinks the world belongs to them and is super arrogant.

Initial process prolonged due to misinformation being supp**** by her and thereafter no communication.

Secondly, paper work submitted incomplete to the court. This was initialed and signed under the specific individual's guidance and she initialed as witness.

What makes it even worse is that this specific individual then puts it on mail that it is the client's failure and neglect that caused this. Further the same individual then provocates an argument to the extend that the client must leave the building in order to calm the situation.

Hope that VVD would not just except this. Really hope never to deal with her again. The most unprofessional experience in this whole saga.
