**** SERVICE FROM RUSTENBURG NOORD PRIMARY SCHOOL RECEPTIONIST

I was at Rustenburg Noord Primary school earlier today to drop off application forms. I received terrible service from the receptionist. She gave me *** attitude. Her problem is that I made an A5 copy of my son's birth certificate, apparently it's supposed to be A4.. What *** is that?? The birth certificate is an A5. I just made a copy!!! On the form it says 1 copy of child's birth certificate. So I did just that.What's more important? The size of the paper, or the information on the paper?? Her service is pathetic, attitude is ***. She's giving Rustenburg Noord Primary school a bad name. She really shouldn't be working with people. SUCH *** SERVICE FROM A good school. THE PRINCIPAL SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.........
