Worst Municipality in South Africa

They are hands down the Worst Municipality in the Country. The Rustenburg Municipality has failed in all aspects from Infrastructure Management to basic sanitation these people do not have clue what they are doing. Best of all is they don't even care about complaints and public reviews.
