RUSTENBURG MUNICIPALITY PATHETIC SERVICE

They dont even DESERVE a flippin Single star! Its more than 6weeks weve been trying to get them to fix the fire hydrant!! South africa is crying Poverty due to water shortage ....i think they are bull****ting us because Its lifting our paving and the neibours paving. If water was THIS SCARCE....would they not have replaced the fire head by NOW ??? How do one sue the municipality
