RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

WE ask in the Name of the Allmighty...please have RLM investigated!! They are messing with our bills they are ruining our streets and roads.. if they DO DECIDE to fix a HOLE in the street....they make use of the UTMOST IMCOMPETENT HELPERS in this pathetic area. We cannot move forward at this pace....Where do we get our help from if we cant even rely on our PRESIDENT!!! I HATE TO COMPLAIN but this is the Gospel truth. We NEVER had these problems in the far past! No water...no electricity....theft....*******ion...WHY ? HAS THE INTELLIGENT ALSO BECOME BLIND ?
