Rustenburg local minisipality bad service

Good evening im a resident in Rustenburg on the farms in the Rhenosterfontein arie ouer Power in the aria is on this stage where its mor of than on when ever you complain to the RLM theres always no updates or answers from them from time to time the power wil be off for more than 3 days at a time with them just passing it on and writing it off as non inportant whe are constantly asking for the fixing of fulty power lines and non working substation thy just turn a blind eye to it the road in ouer aria is non drivable as potholle are on Ever coner in ever junction its even so far where thers just gravel been placed all over the road damageing our cars some roads ar completely non driveable and the RLM just dont cear about it at all the RLM dont even resond to enny problems or do enny repair at all on the problems
