Poor Service to Communities

Rustenburg municipal is disrespectful how can you keep residents for 3 days without drinking water we need to wash hands every day and every time this is against human rights how will we flush toilets? You don't care for people but care for your self only today is Friday funerals how are they going to do without water? ?
