Poor Service delivery from Rustenburg Municipality

I own a complex of 9 houses in Rustenburg 84 Beyers Naude street. I reported a blocked sewage on municipal line last month through my Agen Annie and they kept on saying they are coming, until today. Now they are saying their TLB broke and they don’t have a spare, this what they told me in June. My tenant’s health are at risk. I have lost money spending on the private companies to unblock my line that is caused by the municipal line. I spoke to Samuel, Lucky and Walter but no one is assisting. They gave me Ziyanda’s contacts but there is no response as well. We have a reference number but there’s no assistance. I sm really frustrated, I wish I could get assistance.
