No response despite numerous phone calls and emails

Many months ago I contacted Jillian van der Merwe at MAD to request assistance with obtaining a refund from the Rustenburg Local Municipality. She requested me to forward the relevant documents to her which I did. Now, despite numerous phone calls and emails, I have had no response at all from Jillian or anybody else at the company.
