ELECTRICAL LINES OVER THE HOUSES

At Seraleng we are experiencing a very dangerous situation, whereby if it windy or raining the electrical lines over my street are attach each other and cause a big blast couses fire all over our houses. it was reported and its been three years now no one seem care about, what is going to happen one day my house will be on fire because of this problem ; please help urgently.
