DISRESPECTFUL RUSTENBURG MUNICIPALITY

Yesterday rain started (18 March 2021) at 10 in the morning it lasted only 30 minutes and lights went off.We assumed it was loadshedding but we slept eating bread and thought it will come back at night.before then I went to the shop and 3 ppl infront of me were busy calling and were given reference numbers.Till now we dont have electricity and they not even picking calls anymore so in this pandemic ppl are busy going to the fire department coz the reports are made there and are promised solution and given "REFERENCE NUMBERS".Is that even constitutional????why cant they post on shops or give flyers as to if they will fix or not than ignore us.We can even spend a week without water or if we do have it its dirty water and at 7pm it's out you have to rely on bucket water yet we are expected to pay for water and sanitation.the only papers they gave out yesterday was for anc membership how annoying and disrespectful is that???the Bojanala region is a total disgrace.
