Bad service at traffic department

hi,

i went to pay for my license disc at traffic department next to spar at rustenburg square, The two ladies that work as cashiers for rustenburg clients , are so unprofessional, they were talking to each other while they are busy helping us (clients) the other one was talking on the phone, and every time i went there , i always experience this. They need to start taking us serious.
