Account department with *********** stuff

One of the worst *********** municipalities I have ever have to deal with. I closed my account after selling my house in September, till this day I await my refund,accounts emails always send automatic reply, calls dont get answered. Theres a lady by merriam at accounts who doesnt respond to emails.
