Disappointed

It's very depressing and frustrating to seek help from Vodacom... For weeks I've been seeking assistance with contract phone from a guy called Fta tau (Lucky) who's working at Vodacom... He calls me and tells me to come so he can assist, then when I get there, I wait for hours to be assisted and then he assists his friends who arrives hours after my arrival... The service there is very poor shwem... I'm very disappointed
