Poor Management & Accommodation

We used to visit this accommodation resort 3 years ago and we visited them again this year, December 2018. The cleanliness of the unit was poor. The tops rooms only had 2 small beds and one table, no cabinets for your clothes to be packed neatly. You are being asked to keep your kitchen clean but there is no cleaning equipment provided. No shades over your braai area and you are not allowed to use the lapa's shade with your own drinks. We receive complaints when playing outside with a ball and diving into the swimming pool. The management is poor and do not have experience in handling complaints and has a attitude when dealing with such. We do not recommend this place for families. They should rather consider a Retirement Village because you are too noisy when having a braai outside.
