My Item never delivered

I had a very disappointing experience with the Russells store at Birchacres Mall. On 5 May 2025, I purchased a few items, including a mattress protector. To date, this item has never been delivered.

When I went back to the store to follow up, the staff were unhelpful and offered no assistance. They refused to give me the item or even process a refund, despite the fact that I already paid for it.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to either receive the product I paid for or get a refund, but instead, I was left frustrated and ignored.

I would not recommend this store, as they clearly do not value customer service or accountability.
