Russells Groblersdal Horrible service

I have never recieved such bad and poor customer service from the sales manager of Russells Grobersdal. That lady is rude and does not care that is is disrespectful rude and has a very bad attitude. Has no respect fpr customers whatsoever.

I was sold a side by side double door fridge at Russells Groblersdal that has a factory fault i then reported it very early after purchase after a coulple of times calling and going to the store they sent someone to check out the fault the person then claims to have fixed the problem but had not and did not, i then took it uoon myself to go to the shop to inform them that the fault has not been fixed they then said i should come and exchange the fridge, i kept on updating them that i do not have transportation to drop the fridge off, and i asked if they could maybe pick it up just like they had dropped it off. The then say that i won't be able to pick it up and they say i should bring it in when i get transport. So eventually today i finally manage to hire transport nd pay for it to be dropped off at he shop to my disappointment when i get to the shop the manager refuses to exchange my fridge, becomes rude and disrespectful to a point where she even has the never to ask me what was keeping me from brining in the fridge when i stay at the next village from whete i bought the fridge now was i supposed to tell this woman my financial problems and explain to her that i have been going thru slot financially i could afford to hire transport to bring in a fridge that i pay each and every month ? Why should i publicize my problemsis that what they are paid to do to want us to be at their mercy and devulge personal issues? I am surprised because she herself had said i should bring it in when i manage to get transport.

She was very rude and didnt want is to leave the fridge at the shop she everb had to odersity to order us to take the fridge to the back by ourselves yet her subordinates where all ober in the shop i am talking men. That woman is very disrespectful she even had the nerve to tell me to leave her desk infront of her subordinates, i am told to get away from her desk because i told her that i am nolonger inetersted in arguing with her. I don't even think i will ever do business with that store where a manager feels she can yell and speak however was she wants give attitude and go back on her own word. The fridge has a factory fault i didn't not damage it and i can prove it.
