Hi want to give a review about Russels Tembisa Plaza horrible customer service they don't respect their customers my son did a laybye for a Tv when I went to the store to take out the laybye was told the tv is out of stock why did they for me to come to the store instead of calling us before the tv went out of stock and when I ask for a refund they telling me about a process that will take 7 to 14 weeks minimum and 3weeks actual to receive the money back due to paper work submition to the headoffice now I cant get the tv nore the refund true calling customer care the buys login ticket for me no solution it's been 2weeks no solution they all have to empathy towards their customers my quiry isn't resolved even today can someone resolve this matter because in the store the is no one to help even the lady at customer service has not helopeople e that created my first company *** ticket
