Rude Staff

Your staff have no manner in speaking to people, we as student teachers want an opportunity granted to do our practicals at your institution, but you have kept us on a line to wait and wait only to be told it would take 18 months before knowing if we can do our practicals, why has this not been communicated upfront? and why are poeple put in charge to handle this specific section but they have no manner of talking to us as people. It is either a yes or no instead of wasting our time. We too have deadlines.
