Not completing service agreed upon to full completion

<p> Russel James & Co Inc were our accountants for our business in Pietermaritzburg South Africa, we discussed with them before immigrating to New Zealand the matter regarding completing certain tasks regarding SARS income tax and prov tax etc and they agreed it would be no problem, which they did to a certain point and now they read the emails but do not respond to any emails anymore. In desperation I even sent the email to the Johannesburg branch which have read but not responded either. I phoned the Howik branch which we dealt with and asked to speak to Terrence, I was asked who was calling on which I answered and Bernadette said she will find out if he is in and then she came back to me saying he was in a meeting and would call me back. I gave her my contact details, but he did not call back. I do not understand why they are reluctant to assist us to full completion of the tasks as they have all the know how and info.</p>
