Dispute

I owed African Bank money and Russell Inc managed to get me garnished for African bank payments. I have paid up my african bank accounts and have paid up letters but Russell Inc is still deducting straight from my salary. I didn't have an account with them and I do not understand why they're still deducting from my salary
