PLEASE HELP ME

My African bank , was taken over by the company called, Russell Attorney , they where deducting R302.26 which was almost 2 years

From end Of April 2025 A New Company Took over Called , Nimble Credit solutions which they will be Deducting R350 from end of May and onwards

Russell Attorney where suppose to stop the deduction after the new company took over, however they still deducted R302.26 instead off cancelling their debit order

When I phone in to query , they send me a whatsapp stating they cannot refund me , and it will not happen again and they took for payments I missed out , which I did pay. They did not debit once they double debited,

Please help in getting my funds back!!!
