No explanation

Not good, Old lady was submitted the beginning of the year, she was ok still, walked slow and had medication to drink, now she is in a coma, not eating, a mouth full of broken teeth(not one tooth is whole)and when asked about this they had no explanation, she lost so much kg's yet they can't explain this either.
