Pathetic service is still a compliment!

Russia is a tax practionor that came so highly recommended, but this has been the absolute worst service ever. I haven't had a reply from him in over 6 months, and he does not answer, nor return your calls. Our tax claims have been with him since last year April and still no progress have been made on it. Would not recommend him to anyone!
