Disgusting behaviour by a Company Director.

I had the misfortune today of phoning Rush Marketing only to be sworn at repeatedly by an adult female claiming to be the Director of the company using the “f” word.

I phoned the company to try and get their physical address so that I could redirect a driver who was looking for Rush Marketing to deliver to.

The phone was not answered in a professional manner with just a “hello”. No announcement of tge company at all. I had to ask if it was indeed Rush Marketing that I was connected with.

The lady who answered the phone, began to give me the address after asking why I wanted the address, but I could not hear her clearly at all. So I asked again.

It was then that the “Director” came on the phone and accused me of swearing at her office staff, which I did not do and I don’t swear in ANY conversation ever.

I may raise my voice to get a persons attention or in the case concerned, I thought maybe “the office lady” did not hear me clearly, so repeated myself in a little louder tone. Swear NEVER.

I was berated using the “F” word repeatedly and told to go “F” myself and to “F” off, left right and centre. Over and over again.

After trying to reason with the “Director” of the company that I was trying to reach-direct a lost driver who has a delivery, I was again berated with the same vulgarity, left, right and centre, to which I then put the phone down.

The driver concerned was horrified at the way in which the “Director” sworn at a person trying to, in the end help them.

I personally will never, even consider doing business with this company or person. I recommend that NOBODY ever does business with them either.
