Rus n bietjie stole my deposits

Me and my family of 6 booked to go to rus n bietjie as a nice get away from normal life we requested a camp spot close to the water so we could do some fishing... we booked and paid a R400 deposit for the 31st, we contacted them on the 30th asking if we could come in on the 30th and they agreed and we arrived there just before 7pm and the gate says they close at 7pm we had to call to be let in when they after 30min came to let us in we stopped at our campsite and walked to see where we could set up fishing rods but there was a huge mountain of rocks laying where lines would have to go and then i had a 3 and 4 year old with me and that was a instant hazzard towards them we looked around trying to find a bathroom and the one close to us was locked... with all this the people camping a site away were swearing and drunk and fighting making my 4 kids scared when i called to be let out they didnt want to assist us and were just too happy to let us leave because they demanded a deposit and knew they were going to ***** it...i have been running in circles trying to get my deposit back and they plain down refuse.
