Kidnapping and stinking attitude

We booked a house from a Mr. James Richards, telephonically he confirmed the price @ R100.00 per person per night. When we requested an invoice for two of our staff members, he changed the price to R250.00 per person per night. We then said that was not the agreement. We then tried to book out our staff. He said we need to pay for an extra night. We agreed that we will do that and that once we received the new invoice we will pay the outstanding amount. He has not sent us the invoice despite us calling him and emailing him various times. When our staff members wanted to leave to go to work, he locked them in the property because he did not receive payment. As part of our policy we only make payments upon receipt of invoice. We had to open a case of kidnapping against him and yet, he still has not released our staff members. He also does not put anything in writing.

DO NOT GO TO RUS I BIETJIE CARAVAN PARK IN POFADDER!!! THEY GIVE EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND NEVER REPLIES TO EMAILS!!!
