Disappointed with Service Received

I called for accommodation for the 24th September 2023 to 25th September 2023 and i was sent the cost and banking details. I then called back to confirm the price and the times and also to find out where the water Level was and the Owner told me that i was wasting his time and when i told him that he was being rude, he told me there's no place for me and hung up the phone. Places that have owners like this should never be considered as one would like to deal with friendly people that's not only worried about how much money they going to lose but instead how well they served their customers. I will NEVER go back there again.

His response when I told him that i would report him. "Good for you. I did tell you that I am extremely busy, but you kept on talking. Please go find yourself another place to camp. You are no longer welcome on mine." Maybe its because I'm a non white.

I wish him and his business all the best as he will need it with his attitude towards potential customers.
