Using the courts to stop the ****

How do i sue this company for the intentional ****ming?

SA citizens must start taking suing this companies for doing as they please on our credits serious. No one is holding them accountable and hence they continue.

If my credit score is affected by their checking i need ppl to join hands with me and take them to court. I am in the processing of buying a house and now they will disturb my process and my scoring.
