RUS CREDIT CLEAR OPERATES IN A VERY ********* MANNER

My mother has had a terrible experience with this company. As an elderly pensioner, she was unfortunately taken advantage of. In early September 2024, they contacted her, misrepresenting themselves as a company that would help negotiate a lower interest rate with her creditors. At no point did they mention that these negotiations required her to register for debt counseling.

When she later tried to withdraw funds from her account, she was informed that her funds had been frozen due to the debt counselling registration. This was the first time that she was informed that she was under debt counselling. Afterward, she attempted to contact the company but was unsuccessful. This prompted her to reach out to my sister and me for assistance. We tried to contact the company's center, but our calls went unanswered. The phone remains engaged, and one cannot go through to speak to an agent. We also attempted to reach the consultant that my mother was engaging with considering that at some point she had used another contact number not reflected on the company website, but she was also unreachable.

Left with few options, we contacted the regulator, and we are now awaiting the outcome of their investigation. This experience has made it clear that this company operates *********ly and *****ulently. I strongly advise others to avoid any dealings with this debt counseling agency.
