RUS credit clear are ****mers

Around the 20th of June I got a call from Bongani from RUS credit clear who promised me that they would be able to work out a lower payment arrangement for me with my creditor, I asked Bongani twice does that mean am going into debt review and would not be able to take credit again and he said no that won't be so. They sent me a debit order mandate of R10k with promise of saving me R5k on my monthly debt repayment. But I see that never happened the creditor is still debiting the same amounts as before and now my credit card and revolving facility is locked because they say am under debt review. I want RUS to remove my name from that as that was not our agreement. Their landlines ar le not going through and the WhatsApp number they read and never respond.
