Placed under admin

My name is Horisani Hilgard Mthembi Rus Credit Clear placed under administration without my permision please help to remove my name under administration as I'm currently paying my debt direct not via Rus Credit Clear. I wrote an email to Rus Credit Clear on the 26th of July 2024 informing them that they must remove my name to date that was not done. I also wrote an email on the 15th January 2025 to make a follw up.
