Terrible experience - can’t wear this brand

Rural Love Classics took payment but did not deliver my order. I then tried to contact them via calls, email, WhatsApp and DM but all communication is ignored. Delayed orders, wrong orders and ignored calls and emails seem to be common complaints from other customers, but comments/complaints get deleted. If customer queries were attended to then one wouldn’t have to resort to public complaints. I’m still waiting for my refund. I have not experienced the product and am no longer interested in it, but the customer service is appalling and the transaction safety questionable.
