Wrong size packed and sent and refusal to correct!

I am an avid Runway purchaser, purchasing in excess of R10000 worth of stuff over the past 6 months.<br> <br> I bought a shoe order number ***<br> <br> The packing slip says 8W size (nine west) and the actual size that reached me in the box is 10W. I ordered an 8W and they packed a 10W. I wear nine west everyday and they send me an email which makes me sound like an idiot! THe packing slip even says 8W but instead I get a 10W. <br> <br> I get a standard response which says:<br> Unfortunately we do not arrange collections of returns...... and I can return it. ...<br> <br> So for their error, I must go to a post office, post it off and then pay for it to get a refund!!!<br> <br> Hell no, it was their error, they will collect it or arrange for their courier to collect it. and then refund me or give me the correct size for which i ordered!!!!<br> <br> I have never had issues in the past with Runway. This however is passing the buck and shoddy service! They didn't even care to read the email and understand that it was their error!!!<br> <br> I look forward to hearing from them only if they resolve their error!!!!<br> <br> <br> <br>
