Wrong Shoes, collection fee charge

What kind of business are you guys running, I bought two pairs of shoes on from your website and both pairs were the wrong one.

I have now had to pay a collection fee and it is not my fault that the sneakers are not what I ordered.

I really wanted the shoes, now I have lost the shoes and I have also lost trust in your company

My order number is ***, I expect the collection fee which I was charged because of your mistake to be paid back with my money.

I want the correct pair of shoes to be couriered to me at your expense, because I did not dispatch the wrong shoes.
