Wrong item delivered and still no apology

I have ordered a watch , at first was great service they held my order as I had a problem with linking their bank details , I paid the same day and sent proof , but my payment was only shown a day later , delivery was supposed to to be 3 to five working days but was delivered later.

But now The wrong watch is delivered and when I call I am told to send images and no apology , just like what ever we might sort it out for you before Christmas .

This highly fustrating situation
