what a ****! PATHETIC SERVICE from Genevieve Vanacore Communications Specialist at RunwaySale. It is okay if someone is having a bad day at work, understandable, however dont take it out on me as a customer.

why must i pay to return a product if i was sent a wrong size? what i got from Geneviee's attitude felt like she does not care as you probably deal with complains all the time. your delivery turnaround time also sucks!

perhaps runway sale can also use the same courier services (R99 Aramex/ postnet) for customers to get their good asap! 2 weeks later, one can no longer gift people ontime because runwaysale is always doing their level best to make sure we receive goods after weeks of waiting. I dont even want to know about how long the refunds take. hire more people to help you to get orders out and stop acting like you are doing customers favours. time is money for all of us.
