Worst service

<p>i placed and paid for my order on the 27 July 2016. i am aware that they did say it takes up to 20 working days for your order to be delivered. my 20 working days ended on the 24 August 2016. not sure what the hold up is now. i have emailed and called numerous times and was assured it will be here, it is coming, bla bla bla. on the tracking page it has note that says it is waiting courier collection... this has been the status since the 08 August 2016. im still waiting on my order that i paid for??? i will never ever be ordering from them again this is **********.</p>
