Worst Online Shop Ever

<p>They state that delivery takes between 9 and 20 days. So I place an order, wait and wait and wait untill after 20 days. Then I have to send an email to find out where my order is. I wait and wait for days before I get a responce. When they finally respond, I am informed that only half my order will be delivered or none of my order will be delivered due to the supplier not having stock.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why are they advertising something for sale if there is no stock. This has happened to me 3 times, I should have learnt my lesson after the 1st time. I have ordered something advertised for sale on their online store twice, and both times I was told after 20 days and after I had to contact them that it is not available.</p> <p> </p> <p>WORST ONLINE STORE EVER......and they conveneintly have no complaints procedure</p>
