Worst Online Shop Ever

<p>Receiving money is quite easy for companies such as these.</p> <p>I have sent several emails ********** and also ********** with regards to an order received by me. It appears the shoes I bought is of a smaller make than your usual shoes. I had my older sister who wears the exact same size as me also fit the shoe and it didn't fit. The shoe fitted my younger sister though who wears 1 size smaller than us.</p> <p>As I said I sent emails to both the email addresses above with regards to the issue and up until today no one has reverted. When you call you're put on hold for so long and I prefer to have proof of communication with companies such as these. I paid for shoes I can't wear. I made contact with Runwaysale and I was blatantly ignored. I sent emails on the 19th, 21st and 23rd of December 2016 and I still haven't had a single reply from them.</p> <p>I previously said I would never order from them again and I, unfortunately, went against my word.
