WORST FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE BUYING ON MY RUNWAY SALE

im so annoyed that after waiting for more than 5 weeks for my runway to deliver my 5 pair boot order that i bought from them online, they decided to cancel one boot order that happens to be the only reason i even bought all the others in the first place.

i have been patiently waiting for the order as i have i was previously advised that they were still awaiting the boot from the supplier, but how is my order altered without me being informed? worse! a refund performed without informing a customer!

this whole experience has literally put me off ever wanting to purchase anything off of My Runway site as they not customer centric and they don't keep their customers informed of how far they are with deliveries or any delays on their part.
