Worst Customer service

Worst service - tried to call to change size of an ordered shoe - no response have been on hold for an hour nothing - Order #***, still awaiting a service agent to assist. I mean all lines have been busy for so long then why are you open during the busy festive period. My contact is *** should you wish more clarity on this issue
