Worse service i hv ever seen from such a big company

I m so disappointed service from runway it sucks. I have been waiting for mt order now its more than 2weeks .last time i was told the order will be delayed and it was after i called them after waiting for the order. They don't have decency of telling you if there are problems. Yesterday i received message saying that it will be delivered to my suprised i didn't. Today idont know wht will happen today .i tried to call runway but thet are given me same explanation like yesterday. I have order to Zando their driver is communicating with me but Runway and their courier company are so ***********. Not for the 1st time complaining about Runway and their courier company. So angry about this service ia so pathetic
