WHY IS MY REFUND SUCH A HASSLE?

Please tell me why I have to struggle so much to get my refund. I have called the call center, numerous times, someone always promises to resolve my issue and get back to me, however A month and a bit later, I am still waiting for my lousy refund. Order #*** kindly resolve this ASAP< I am over your pathetic service.
