wating for a order since 1 month - status (stock not available)

<p>I placed an order 1 month ago. The items were in stock when I purchased it. Your website suggested that the item will be delivered with in 10 working days and dipatch with in 5 working days. So I was quite happy with it. I paid for it immediately.</p> <p>I waited for that item very patiently for 1month. And As you can see the status still says "waiting for stock". I mean seriously what is wrong with you people. 1 month it takes to get the stock.</p> <p>Please suggest me how to cancel the order as I do not believe in you anymore. Please also do not suggest store credit. I need my money back.</p> <p>I needed that item for someone's birthday which was yesterday. And thanks to you guys for ruining my present.<br /><br />You guys don't even pick calls. I will file a complaint after a week or so.</p> <p>Great job guys !!!</p>
