Watch out for The Runway Sale faulty products

Be very careful when buying products from the Runway Sale, I bought a beautiful size 7 boot in January 2018 at a reduced price, the boot looked perfectly fine, but I did not try it on or wear it until now - Oct 2018, and so discovered that the size 40/7 as marked is not a size 7, it does not even fit a size 6 foot!!! This boot is a faulty product. I called them today advising of their faulty product and they will not entertain any part of this because it is so much later. My argument was that the product is faulty??? I understand if was an exchange or something along these lines, but this product is faulty and and still brand new, never worn - but even though a faulty/dud product from them, they will not help me, replace, refund, nothing. I am appalled at this, and will be taking this further based on principal => They did not supply what I paid for. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PARTING WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE - MAKE SURE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE IN WORKING ORDER, ARE NOT FAULTY, THAT THEIR SIZES ADVERTISED/STATED ARE THE ACTUAL SIZES YOU RECEIVE.
