Waited a month for an order and still waiting

I place an order on 23/07/22 and till this very day I have received it, A MONTH LATER. At first they were moving premises and that was the only mail I received from them, I gave them a break and then there was no communication after that until I had to follow up on the 15th Aug and I was told there was stock issue with two of my items and they have received stock my order will be shipped out in 1 - 3 days and nothing happened after that. Nine days later i decided to phone them and I still got the same excuse with stock but yet I was told they had received stock. I told them to cancel the missing items cos clearly this is going nowhere. What annoys me the most is the attitude of their support, they have this UNBOTHERED attitude on email and over the phone. HORRIBLE!!!
